Great support! I am very happy we switched to Camelot Hosting service. We have been on two other hosting services and they could care less if you were a business or just hoisting a general site. Camelot cares! They are constantly monitoring the servers, response times, and reported problems until they are resolved. We are not stuck in the mystic maze of Tier 1 support, which is the same as No Support, and are treated as "Customers", rather than as "just another site".
